We make our delicious Cornish pasties every day here in the heart of Cornwall. For best results, we blast freeze our pasties within hours of making them, and deliver to you unbaked. You simply need to pop them in the freezer when they arrive, or pop them in the oven if you really can't wait! We include baking instructions.
Alternatively pop them straight in your freezer as soon as you take delivery and then bake them from frozen following the baking instructions.

We pack the pasties into insulated boxes with ice packs. We take care to stop them sticking together in the post. Our courier collects them mid afternoon. We ship them to you overnight and they will arrive with you by 4pm the next day. It's best if you're at home to pop them in the freezer straight away, especially in warmer weather. Your order will soften in transit however they will still be fine to pop straight into your freezer.

Mainland UK addresses only. We regret that due to courier delivery charges there are some places that we cannot deliver. Items cannot, therefore, be sent to the following locations: Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, and the following postcodes in Scotland: AB37, AB38, AB41-56, DD5-7, FK8, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, KY9-10, KY15-17, PA20-PA78, PH1-PH50 and ZE1-ZE3.

Our courier delivers Tuesday to Friday only.
We will aim to get your order dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that orders placed on a Friday or weekend will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Regrettably, we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders can be placed in advance and if the pasties are for a special occasion or gift please try and order as early as you can to ensure they arrive in time.

Our pasties make the perfect gift – all our orders will come with a signed note and a little gift from us to say thank you, and we are always delighted to include a handwritten message for you too. Just tell us what you want in your message at the time of order.

The following baking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance.
Before you start, please pre-heat your oven and baking tray before placing your frozen product on to a sheet of baking paper.
Portreath Bakery Large Pasties: 180°C/360°F of gas mark 4-5 for 50-55 minutes.
Portreath Bakery Standard Pasties: 180°C/360°F or gas mark 4-5 for 45-50 minutes.
Portreath Bakery Cocktail Pasties: 180°C/360°F or gas mark 4-5 for 25-35 minutes.
Made Marion Gluten Free Pasties: 180°C/360°F or gas mark 4-5 for 45-50 minutes. Our gluten free pasties are delivered in ovenable film – perfect if you are reheating your pasty with other items that are not gluten free. If you prefer it can be removed before reheating.
