Our pasties are freshly produced each day in our own state of the art production facilities and then blast frozen (unbaked), to lock in all their juicy goodness and flavour. We’ll bake your pasties, then blast chill before shipping. When they arrive simply pop them in your fridge – they will be fine for up to a week before re-heating (though we doubt they will last that long!) Alternatively pop them straight in your freezer as soon as you take delivery and then bake them from frozen. Please read through the following notes before you place your order – if you have any queries, just email us at email@example.com or call us on 01209 311611 (option 1) between 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
All our pasties are delivered to you baked/chilled in an insulated box. Our courier picks them up in Cornwall in the late afternoon and they are delivered the following day by 1pm (please note, sometimes the courier can run late). The baking instructions included with every delivery will tell you all you need to know. They are super easy to follow.
The following baking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance.
