Our pasties are freshly produced each day in our own state of the art production facilities. We’ll bake your pasties, then blast chill before shipping. When they arrive simply pop them in your fridge – they will be fine for up to a week before re-heating.
Alternatively pop them straight in your freezer as soon as you take delivery and then bake them from frozen, we will include baking instructions. If you have any queries, just email us at accounts@portreathbakery.com or call us on 01209 311611 (option 1) between 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.
All our pasties are delivered to you baked/chilled in an insulated box. Our courier picks them up in Cornwall in the late afternoon and they are delivered the following day by 1pm (please note, sometimes the courier can run late). The baking instructions included with every delivery will tell you all you need to know. They are super easy to follow.
Mainland UK addresses only. We regret that due to courier delivery charges there are some places that we cannot deliver. Items cannot, therefore, be sent to the following locations: Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, and the following postcodes in Scotland: AB37, AB38, AB41-56, DD5-7, FK8, FK19-FK21, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW17, KY9-10, KY15-17, PA20-PA78, PH1-PH50 and ZE1-ZE3.

Our courier delivers Tuesday to Friday only.
We will aim to get your order dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that orders placed on a Friday or weekend will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Regrettably, we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders can be placed in advance and if the pasties are for a special occasion or gift please try and order as early as you can to ensure they arrive in time.

Our pasties make the perfect gift – all our orders will come with a signed note and a little gift from us to say thank you, and we are always delighted to include a handwritten message for you too. Just tell us what you want in your message at the time of order.

The following baking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance.
Pre-heat your oven and baking tray before placing your chilled product on to a sheet of baking paper.
Portreath Bakery Standard Pasties:
Bake in a convection oven at 180°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 45-50 minutes.
Portreath Bakery Large Pasties:
Bake in a convection oven at 180°C/360°F, or a deck oven at 225°C/425°F for 50-55 minutes.
Made Marion Gluten Free Pasties:
Our gluten free pasties are delivered in ovenable film – perfect if you are reheating your pasty with other items that are not gluten free. If you prefer it can be removed before reheating.
